Get Involved

There are a number of ways to get involved in the work of New Leaf. You could even influence the way New leaf is run and what it does by getting involved.

Volunteer

Are you interested in learning new skills or teaching them to others?  Would you like to help influence what `New Leaf does next?

We urgently need more hands to help in the bookshop, with gardening, fundraising, with publicity, or as a board member.  Do you have a skill you could teach to others?  Are you a local resident and would you like to help influence what New Leaf does next?

To register your interest as a volunteer, and find out what the options are please call Vinnie on 0774 095 4942 now.

Give New Leaf your spare plants

When you are dividing your garden plants, thinning out and tidying up, we’d love any plants you have left over.  Just bring them along to the garden.

Make a donation

It costs about £150 to keep New Leaf going each week.  We make a small amount from the sale of the second hand books but not nearly enough to make ends meet.

If you can give a gift of money, it would really help us.  Your donation will be spent on rent, plants, improvements to the shop – but never on paying people.  All our helpers are volunteers.

How to give

Send a donation to:

The New Leaf Shop, c/o 134A Thurlow Park Road, West Dulwich, London SE21 8H. (Please don’t send money in the post – only cheques.  Please let us have your name and address and we will acknowledge your gift.)

Or if you are local , just call in at the shop.
